Commercial Projects with Lacey’s
We support our commercial partners by offering plumbing & heating system consultations & site visits, as well as nationwide delivery on all orders. We also offer full plumbing & tiling supply packages at discounted rates. Our packages include everything from tiles, bathroom furniture & sanitaryware to plumbing and heating materials.
Lacey’s have successfully, fully, and partly, supplied many commercial projects and sites. We supply our commercial partners with all required first and second fix plumbing materials, tiles & sanitaryware and bathroom furniture & fittings.
Here are a few of our completed commercial projects.
Newbridge Development
Lacey’s supplied the complete plumbing, heating & sanitaryware package for the development of 14 houses in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. All plumbing and heating materials, and all sanitary ware used in this project was supplied by Lacey’s. All goods were supplied and delivered in good time.
Airlie Heights
Lacey’s supplied the complete plumbing and heating package for the development of 6 houses in Lucan Co. Dublin. All Plumbing and heating materials, and all sanitary ware used in this project was supplied by Lacey’s. All goods were supplied and delivered in good time.
Apartment Block at Sheldon Park
In Partnership with Thornecastle Building ltd, Lacey’s supplied the full plumbing, heating, tiles, and bathroom package to the development of this new apartment complex. All products, including tiles, sanitary ware, boilers, water pumps and first & second fit plumbing materials, were supplied in line with the project schedule
Decathlon Sports Store
Chosen by Manning’s, Lacey’s Supplied sanitaryware specified by the architect. This consisted of products from Sonas bathrooms, Niko bathrooms and Armitage Shanks.
Anytime Fitness
Lacey’s Worked with CLUNA Developments to provide sanitary ware, ceramic tiles, and non-slip R11 floor tiles for the shower areas. A selection of products from Armitage shanks were supplied

Lacey’s supplied all first and second fix plumbing material for this project. We also supplied all the sanitaryware. All products were supplied in good time, in line with the project schedule.
